🇷🇺🇨🇳 A meeting was held at the Russian Trade Mission in China with representatives of the Innovation Center of the BRICS Partnership for the New Industrial Revolution.
During the event, prospects for the development of Russian-Chinese cooperation in the field of industrial cooperation, green technologies, digital economy, artificial intelligence and the industrial Internet were discussed.
Special attention was paid to projects with the participation of Russian companies, as well as interaction with Russian universities and research organizations.
Representatives of the Center spoke about the launch in Xiamen of the “Integrated Service Port for Industrial Cooperation of the BRICS Countries,” which is intended to become an element of a system to support the entry of Chinese companies into foreign markets and attract foreign structures to work in China.
🗺 The choice of Xiamen as a site for such an initiative is not accidental: the city is one of China’s key open port centers and an important trade hub. In 2025, Xiamen's foreign trade turnover reached about $133.5 billion, including $25 billion with the BRICS countries. Container lines connect the city with more than 145 ports in 46 countries and regions of the world. 🇷🇺 For Russian business, such a platform may be of interest from the point of view of its use as an additional channel for searching for Chinese technological and industrial partners, promoting products and solutions in the Chinese market, as well as participating in joint projects in the field of industrial modernization, digitalization and low-carbon development.
