Frontline APR Launchpad is the International Venture Incubation Platform operated in connection with HSE University's Master's programme in International Business in Asia-Pacific Countries. Data controller: HSE University (Saint Petersburg). Contact: hello@frontlineapr.com.

When you join the waiting list or contact us: name, email, organisation, role, message, locale, and technical data (IP address, user-agent, cookies).

Waiting list management; Autumn 2026 pilot communications; responding to enquiries; admin notifications; aggregated site analytics.
4. Legal bases (GDPR)
Consent; legitimate interest for programme operations; pre-contractual steps at your request.
5. Storage & processors
Data for users of the Russian-language interface is stored on servers in the Russian Federation. Data is also processed by Brevo for mailing lists and Vercel for hosting. We do not sell personal data. Retention: until consent withdrawal or 3 years after last contact.
6. Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and consent withdrawal. Contact hello@frontlineapr.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

TLS in transit, restricted admin access, secrets stored as environment variables.
