🇷🇺🇨🇳 Trade Mission invites Russian companies to take part in a business mission to Shanxi Province
On April 15, 2026, in the administrative center of Shanxi province, Taiyuan, a working meeting was held between representatives of the Russian Trade Mission in China with the leadership of the regional Department of Commerce and the Department of Industry and Information Technology.
🤝One of the results of the meeting was an agreement to hold a presentation of the Russian investment climate and organize B2B negotiations between Russian and provincial companies.
⚙️Shanxi Province is the largest coal region in China and has developed metallurgy, chemical industry, mechanical engineering and agriculture. Power equipment, machine tools, locomotives and railway cars are produced here, which opens a niche for the supply of specialized Russian equipment and technologies.
Currently, there is a trade imbalance in relations with Russia. Shanxi's exports to Russia exceed imports by 14 times. The priority is to increase supplies of Russian goods with high added value to China.
The provincial leadership and leading regional enterprises and industry associations plan to take part in the event. 📢We invite Russian companies interested in cooperation with China in industries such as finance, logistics, mechanical engineering, energy, chemical industry, agro-industrial complex and high technology to take part in a business mission to the city of Taiyuan for direct negotiations with Chinese partners.
