Deputy Chief of Staff of the Russian Government Olga Krivonos noted that scientists’ ideas about the key factors of brain health have changed dramatically:
“The main pill for brain health now, according to scientists, is not even genetics, not nutrition, as until recently was believed, but movement, this is motor activity. So playing appropriate sports is key.”
