💟 Women's entrepreneurship is the most important value for export
The Federation Council hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the IV All-Russian competition “Support Leaders. Women in Export”, in which Nikita Gusakov, Senior Vice President of the REC, General Director of the Russian Agency for Export Credit and Investment Insurance (EXIAR), took part.
Key from Nikita Gusakov’s speech: ⏺export is the most important driver of economic growth, which provides jobs and diversification of markets; ⏺despite geopolitical challenges, exports are showing growth: SMEs are exploring international markets and increasing the scale of their business; ⏺for women entrepreneurs, export is not just a sales channel, but also a serious test of competitiveness; ⏺a significant role in supporting women’s exports is played by regional authorities and Centers for Educational Excellence, operating in 85 regions of the country.
📲Head of EXAR Nikita Gusakov: “Women are bringing new approaches to business, increasing customer focus and transforming management models. That is why their role in exports is of particular value. We see how companies not only implement modern practices, but also actively share them. Such competitions become a platform for the exchange of expertise, knowledge and business contacts in international markets. It is extremely important that we can support this process together - both at the federal level and in the regions - in close cooperation with regional authorities and Export Support Centers. Thanks to such systematic work, companies confidently develop new markets.”
