❗ IMPORTANT: FROM JULY 31 THE LIST OF PRODUCTS FOR NAVIGATION SEALS IN THE EAEU IS EXPANDING
The second stage of tracking shipments under the Agreement on Navigation Seals starts. From July 31, 2026, the requirements apply to new categories of goods.
Stage I (from February 11) Road and rail transportation of sanctioned goods, alcohol and tobacco are subject to tracking in accordance with the procedure for customs transit, export and mutual trade, as well as road transportation of light industry products and radio electronics within the framework of the customs transit procedure.
What changes at stage II: ✔️Road transportation - all types of goods transported under the customs transit procedure through the territories of two or more EAEU countries (except for exceptions according to the Decision of the EEC Council dated December 12, 2023 No. 147) come under control. ✔️Railway transportation - in addition to goods sealed at the first stage, transportation of light industry and radio electronics is subject to tracking during the customs transit procedure.
Algorithm for carriers: 🔹Register in the operator’s system (CRCP) and install the “CRCP | Seal". 🔹Create an application in your personal account and receive a PIN code. 🔹Arrive at the application point, wait for the decision of the regulatory authorities and install the seal. 🔹Upon arrival, hand over the seal to the operator.
