♦️ Another working meeting took place between the Executive Director of the RCDS and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Russian Federation
🟦 Today, July 3, 2026, at the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in the Russian Federation, another meeting was held between the Executive Director of the RCDS, Evgeniy Markin, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Russian Federation, Mr. Zhang Hanhui.
▪️ The meeting was dedicated to strengthening Russian-Chinese cooperation in the field of import, sale and localization of medical equipment from China.
▪️ Currently, Chinese manufacturers have reached the world level in the production of a wide range of high-tech medical equipment: magnetic resonance imaging scanners, ultrasound equipment, intensive care equipment, including in the field of cardiology (production of an artificial heart) and, most importantly, equipment for supporting the life of newborn children in their first hours of life.
🔷 This entire line of equipment is in demand in Russia. A number of large Chinese companies are ready to enter the Russian market, and here they need the help and support of leading Russian importers and reliable partners - members of the RCDS, such as the company FLOGISTON-MED LLC (a member of the RCDS), the General Director and Founder of which is Pavel Serdyukov. ▪️ The company has been working in the high-tech medical equipment market in Russia for many years; their reliable partner in China is Beijing Wandong Medical Technology Co., Ltd. (Beijing, China).
▪️ Today’s meeting at the Chinese Embassy was another confirmation that China is interested in the Russian medical equipment market.
🗣 “We will support Russian entrepreneurs in every possible way to strengthen mutual trust and develop business with their Chinese partners, we will recommend reliable Russian partners to large Chinese manufacturers for joint work on the production and localization of high-tech medical equipment,” said the Chinese Ambassador to the Russian Federation.
🗣 In turn, Pavel Serdyukov noted: “The PHLOGISTON-MED company is a member of the RCDS. We are grateful to the Business Council and Mr. Ambassador for the trust, assistance and support provided. This is a great honor for us, and we will definitely justify the trust of our partners.”
🗣 Executive Director of the RCBC Evgeny Markin emphasized: “The main task of the Russian-Chinese Business Council is to support the members of the RCBC in foreign economic activity in the Chinese direction. We will continue to fully support RCDS members for their successful work in China.”
