♦️ RCDS took part in the 17th meeting of the Russian-Chinese Working Group on Cooperation in the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the IPC
🟦 On June 26, 2026, the 17th meeting of the Working Group on Cooperation in the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights of the Subcommittee on Trade and Economic Cooperation of the Russian-Chinese Intergovernmental Commission for the Preparation of Regular Meetings of Heads of Government (IPC) was held.
▪️ The meeting was attended by representatives of the apparatus and member companies of the RKDS (PJSC NOVATEK, SPJSC Ingosstrakh, LLC Holding Aqua).
▪️ The agenda of the event included 2 proposals from members of the RKDS.
▪️ During the meeting, the parties got acquainted with the changes and features in the field of protection and enforcement of intellectual property in the Russian Federation and China, examined current problems and measures to resolve them, and also exchanged experience in judicial practice.
🇨🇳 Participation of RCBC members in events within the framework of the IGC is one of the forms of support for members of the Business Council and creates an effective platform for representing the interests of companies at the intergovernmental level.
🇨🇳 Conducting such meetings is extremely important for the quality development and regulation of the policy of business cooperation between Russia and China in coordination with the needs and vision of business.
