The government is doing this systematically. At the end of last year, thanks to lean production projects in individual organizations, production increased on average by almost 60%, and production times and excess inventories of goods were reduced by about a third.
💬Much depends on local enterprises. It is important that businesses actively get rid of unnecessary operations and ineffective processes. It is necessary to systematically identify and eliminate losses, which will help increase income and competitiveness of services and products, noted Mikhail Mishustin.
