From June 18 to 30, the Professional Excellence Development Agency (VDA) is accepting applications for participation in the selection of industrial enterprises of large, medium and small businesses to develop projects for the development of industrial mentoring.
Participating companies will receive:
▶️individual mentoring development project, developed for the tasks of a specific enterprise and passed external examination;
▶️diagnosis of barriers that prevent the transfer of experience within the organization;
▶️increasing the competencies of managers, mentors and HR specialists in working with young personnel;
▶️tools for replicating developed practices at the industry or regional level.
